Defendant has filed a

petition under the Post Conviction Hearing Act of January 25, 1966, P.L. (1965) 1580, sec. 1, 19 P.S. §1180-1 et seq. Counsel was appointed to represent defendant in this proceeding and a hearing was held on the merits. We herein deny petitioner’s request for relief.
