MEMORANDUM OPINION Now before the Court are six motions filed by defendant Joseph Fernandes, including a motion to dismiss for violation of defendant's Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial.1 For the reasons explained below, the Court will grant defendant's motion to dismiss on speedy trial grounds.
