This is a petition in error, prosecuted by the insurance company,to reverse a judgment rendered against it, on the verdict of a jury, in favor of the defendants in error, at a special term of this court, for $8,248.20. All the evidence adduced at the trial, the charge of the court* and the charges asked by the parties, are embodied in the bill of exceptions.
