The Estate of Gary Pfafman (“Pfaf-man’s Estate”) appeals the trial court’s grant of a new trial following a jury verdict in favor of the Estate on a complaint filed by Lori Lancaster, Individually and as Guardian of the Estate of Kole Craig (“Craig’s Estate”).
