Justice TODD.
Glenn Lyons appeals the judgment of sentence of death imposed on July 15, 2011 by the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County after a jury convicted him of first-degree and third-degree murder. For the following reasons, we affirm.
I. Factual and Procedural History
This matter arises from the May 1, 2008 disappearance and death of Kathy Leibig in Berks County, Pennsylvania.
