This case comes here on appeal from a. judgment of the United States District Court for the Northern District of lili-. nois, Eastern Division, finding the defendant, Walter Korpan, guilty of having violated § 7203 of Title 2.6 U.S.C.A., and fining the defendant $750.00 plus costs.
