Melvin Thompson, defendant-appellant, appeals his conviction in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of one count of aggravated burglary in violation of R.C. 2911.11, five counts of aggravated robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.01, five counts of kidnaping in violation of R.C. 2905.01, one count of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02, and one count of felonious assault in violation R.C. 2903.11.
