Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Lebous, J.), entered May 2, 2008 in Broome County, which granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
At approximately 9:30 a.m. on February 5, 2005, plaintiff allegedly slipped on ice and fell after exiting her vehicle. The accident occurred in the parking lot of a shopping plaza owned by defendant in the Town of Chenango, Broome County.
