These two actions of tort, each for the conversion of a portable steel garage, were brought in the District Court, one by the Medford Trust Company against *351the Priggen Steel Garage Company, and the other by the Priggen Steel Garage Company against the Medford Trust Company. There was a finding for the garage company in each case, and a report to the Appellate Division, which was dismissed. The trust company appealed.
