EDINGS, J.
This is an interlocutory appeal from an order and decree of the first judge of the circuit court of the first circuit, sitting in equity, overruling the demurrer of the respondents to the amended bill of the complainant, said amended hill having been filed by leave of court after a demurrer had been sustained to the original bill.
