Upon this appeal the purchaser Burke contends that the title to'the premises is defective for the reason that Mr. Newlander, the trustee, did not have au thority from all of the bondholders tO' bid in the property, nor did he have authority from all of the bondholders to sell; that in fact the record shows objections on behalf of bondholders tO' the sale.
