This cause was submitted on motion of Elizabeth Griffin, mother of Marie Anna Mae Griffin, to dismiss the appeal for the following reasons:(1) That the Court of Appeals is without jurisdiction to grant or hear an appeal in the above matter.(2) No appeal can be taken from the order of the Juvenile Court made in this matter.(3) The appeal has not been properly approved.(4) Good cause has not been shown and neither have the motion and notice to the prosecuting attorney been served for such appeal, nor has the motion been allowed by the court.
