This case presents an appeal from an order of the district court of Creek count}7 affirming an order of the county court of said county confirming a sale of an undivided one-half interest in the royalty to be had from oil and gas of the N. E. % of section 33, township 16 north, range 9 east, being 160 acres of land in Creek county, Okla.
