Defendants Ralph Sheldon, Jesse Orsatti, Louis Prank and certain others not involved in this appeal were indicted on the nineteenth day of January, 1932, for kidnaping. Thereafter they were arraigned, entered pleas of not guilty, and the case continued to January 25, 1932, at 2 o’clock P. M. On January 25th the case was called, all defendants were present in person and with counsel, further pleas were entered and the cause continued to January 26, 1932, at 10 o’clock A.
