|2The plaintiff, Jonea Krystal Lynn Thig-pen (Ms. Thigpen), licensed by endorsement to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Louisiana, appeals a trial court judgment which affirmed an Amended Final Order of the Louisiana State Board of Nursing (Board). The Board’s order found that Ms. Thigpen violated provisions of the Louisiana Nurse Practice Act, La. R.S. 37:911 et seq., revoked her nursing license for nine months, and imposed other conditions — following completion thereof, that she would be given the opportunity to apply for a reinstatement of that license.
