the Opinion of the Court.
¶1 Appellant Donald S. Eklund sustained injuries after a vehicle driven by Respondent Roy Trost lost control and struck him. Eklund brought suit against Trost, Trost’s mother Lynne Hamilton, Wheatland County Sheriff Steve Riveland, the Yellowstone County Youth Services Center, Trost’s juvenile probation officer Donna Marmon, and Golden Valley, Meagher, Wheatland, and Musselshell Counties.
