This is an appeal by Violet Bernardini (Petitioner)1 from an order of the Workmens Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referees decision which dismissed Petitioners fetal claim petition. We affirm.

Petitioners husband, Mario Bernardini (Decedent) had been employed by Italian Marble Mosaic Company (Employer) as a tile layer for twenty years prior to his death on September 22, 1976.
