The principal question involved in this appeal is whether or not a special act of the Legislature requiring a railroad company to construct and maintain a station at a given point on its line is subject to review by the courts; whether the reasonableness or unreasonableness of such legislation may be presented to the courts for review as a judicial question, or whether the courts are bound to accept as final the determination of the Legislature that there is a public necessity for a station at the place named in the act, and that the requirement upon…
