Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Dier, J.), entered February 7, 1994 in Washington County, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.

This action arises out of injuries allegedly suffered by plaintiff Brenda L. Bashaw when she slipped and fell on the floor of defendant’s store.
