OPINION AND ORDER
MUKASEY, District Judge.
Pan Am Corporation, et al, debtors and debtors in possession (collectively “Pan Am”) filed a petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Code”) on January 8, 1991. On February 22,1991, Pan Am moved in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, by order to show cause, for an order authorizing it to cure defaults in certain transactions pursuant to § 1110 of the Code and declaring that certain other transactions are not covered by § 1110.
