OPINION

{¶ 1} Daryl Cochran appeals from the denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea in the Clark County Court of Common Pleas. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be affirmed.

{¶ 2} On February 15, 2000, Cochran entered a negotiated plea of guilty to murder, aggravated robbery, and tampering with evidence, arising out of an incident on October 22, 1999. In his plea agreement, Cochran agreed to sentences of fifteen years to life in prison for the murder, ten years in prison for aggravated robbery, and five years in prison for tampering with evidence, to be served…
