STRICKLAND, Senior Judge:

The appellant was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of conspiracy, theft, and housebreaking in violation of Articles 81, 121, and 130, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 921, and 930, respectively. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for two years, total forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to pay grade E-l. The convening authority approved the adjudged sentence. We have jurisdiction pursuant to Article 66(b), UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 866(b).
