The plaintiff (appellant), Verna Shelby, in*912dividually and as administrator for her husband’s estate, appeals from an order of the Superior Court for Kitsap County directing a verdict in favor of the defendant, (respondent) , Myhre’s Incorporated, at the close of her case. The action arose out of an accidental shooting on the defendant’s premises which claimed the life of the plaintiff’s husband.
