This is a strict interpleader action filed pursuant to Section 1335 of Title 28 U.S. C.A. Plaintiffs have moved’ for a summary *890judgment under rule 56 (a) and (c), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A., on the ground that the pleadings show that they are entitled to judgment as a matter of law. ■ An examination of the pleadings discloses that the following facts are undisputed' :
