The Plaintiff has appealed from an adverse judgment in its declaratory judgment suit to void coverage under its automobile liability policy for failure of the insured to give timely notice of an accident.
In April, 1983, the Plaintiff-Appellant, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, had in effect an automobile liability insurance policy on a 1980 model Pontiac automobile issued in the name of the Defendant-Appellee, Melinda E.
