Respondent, Richard E. Andrews, appeals from an order Of the circuit court of Cook County directing the issuance of a tax deed for respondent’s real estate to the petitioner, Elmwood Properties, Inc. The real estate in question was respondent’s personal residence and is located at 912 Wenonah Avenue in the village of Oak Park.
