STEPHAN, Judge.

Fred Weber, Inc. appeals from the judgment entered by the trial court granting respondent Granite State Insurance Company’s motion to dismiss Fred Weber, Inc.’s petition for declaratory judgment. 1 We affirm.

The allegations in appellant’s petition for declaratory judgment, although sketchy, provide a sufficient factual backdrop to this appeal. Integrity Insurance Company (“Integrity”) had insured appellant under a commercial catastrophe liability policy.
