The defendant, Mrs. Oren Golden, was charged in the county court of Beckham county with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail and pay a fine of $100, from which judgment and sentence an appeal has been taken to this court.
It is contended that the search of the automobile in which the liquor was found was made without a search warrant and was an unlawful search, and defendant’s motion to suppress the evidence presented to the court before the trial commenced should have been sustained.
