In an action to recover damages for personal injuries arising out of an aircraft hijacking, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 15, 1972, which requires defendant to *754disclose to plaintiffs’ counsel secret documents and other matters relating to defendant’s antihijacking program.
