HAWTHORNE, Justice.
This is a concursus proceeding instituted by Richardson & Bass (Louisiana Account), the operator of Cox Bay Unit No. 2, in which there are four producing wells designated as Wells Nos. 4-H, 6-H, 7-H, and 14-H. Richardson & Bass deposited in the registry of the court the proceeds of 55 per cent of the royalty oil and gas produced from Cox Bay Unit No. 2, alleged a dispute over ownership of land in this unit and conflicting claims to the royalties, and prayed that the claimants of this royalty oil and gas be cited to appear and assert their respective claims and that there be…
