Reversing.
The appeal is from a judgment in the sum of $5,000-in favor of appellee as damages for the death of his daughter, Aurora Tackett, 11 years of age. She was-struck by a bus owned and operated by appellant, Kentucky Virginia Stages, Incorporated, while passing-through the small village of Dorton in Pike county, on the 28th day of November, 1940.
