This is an appeal by Ekco Containers, Inc. from an order of the circuit court of Cook County setting aside a decision of the Industrial Commission and reinstating an award entered by the arbitrator pursuant to section 8(e) of the Workmen’s Compensation Act (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1967, ch. 48, par. 138.8(e).) The arbitrator found that claimant, Owen D. McIntire, sustained accidental injuries arising out of and in the course of his employment resulting in a complete and permanent loss of the use of his right leg to the extent of 214% thereof and a similar loss of the left leg to the extent of 5%…
