In the court below plaintiffs in error exhibited their bill against Stephen Fitzgerald and the children and grandchildren of his .deceased wife, Fanny. The purpose of the bill was to have conveyances of a tract of land in White County, made by one Solomon Charles to John W. Stum and by the latter to said Fanny, in her lifetime, decreed to be fraudulent as to complainants and other creditors of Stephen Fitzgerald, and made to enable Stum to hold the title in secret trust for Ste, hen, and convey the same to Fanny, to be by her held in secret trust for him, up to and at the time of her death;…
