This action originated with a complaint by appellants in which they sought to cancel the claim of appellee to an 80-acre tract of land in Phillips County as a cloud on appellants’ title.1 Appellants alleged that appellee had planted and harvested crops on parts of the land in 1967 and 1968. Appellants professed not to know the exact nature of appellee Harts-field’s claim.
