Plaintiff Koch Foods of Alabama, LLC (Koch Foods) brought this lawsuit, concerning the ownership of certain poultry processing equipment, against defendant General Electric Capital Corporation (GE Capital). GE Capital, in removing this suit from state court, invoked this court’s diversity-of-citizenship jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The case is currently before the court on a discovery dispute arising from Koch Foods’ inadvertent disclosure of a privileged document.
