This is a motion to vacate the warrant of attachment in this action, and the following is a copy of the material part of the case settled on appeal:
“Plaintiff’s original affidavit charged ‘a fraudulent disposition of property, and intended fraudulent transfer of property, and a concealment of the person to avoid the service of process.’ Plaintiff also offered a great number of affidavits in testimony to establish the truth of the charge. Defendant, in support of his motion, offered his own affidavit, and a large number of other affidavits, tending to contradict the affidavits…
