Delta Savings Bank v. United States

Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit

Decided July 12, 2001No. 98-56775PublishedCited by 27 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

BETTY B. FLETCHER, Circuit Judge)

Plaintiffs-appellants Delta Savings Bank (“Delta”) and Young II Kim (“Kim”) appeal two of the district court’s orders granting a motion for partial summary judgment and a motion for summary judgment in favor of the defendant-appellee United States. These rulings dispose of all issues and all parties. We affirm in part and reverse in part. Because we affirm the district court on grounds that dispose entirely of the case, we need not remand for further proceedings.
