This is an appeal by the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company from a judgment of the county court of Pike county confirming a drainage assessment made by a jury against appellant’s' right of way in the Hadley Creek Sub-district, a sub-district organized by a proceeding in the county court of Pike county out of lands lying within the boundaries of the Sny Island Levee Drainage District, hereinafter referred to as the Sny district.
