Marcia E. Huber and her employer, Perez-Pena, Ltd. (collectively, "Huber") appeal from a non-final trial court order denying Huber's motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against her by Glinder Drake, or alternatively, to grant summary judgment in favor of Huber.
