Parks to hold office as a member of the board of commissioners of roads and revenues of Lumpkin County, and, as the ground of such proceedings, contended that Parks was ineligible to a place on the board, because he had1 served as a member of the board of county tax-assessprs up to March 12, 1928, and was therefore ineligible to hold any other county office for one year thereafter.
