DECISION

This petition for assessment of damages following a condemnation of land by the State of Rhode Island acting by and through its director of transportation comes before this court on remand from the Rhode Island Supreme Court's decision in CapitalProperties, Inc. v. State of Rhode Island, 636 A.2d 319 (R.I. 1994). Jurisdiction in this Superior Court is pursuant to Rhode Island General Laws § 37-6-1 et seq.
