POMEROY, Justice.

By appropriate pleadings, we are asked, on report, pursuant to Rule 72(a) M.R. Civ.P. to construe the last Will and Testament (with two codicils thereto) of the late Emma L. Chapman.

This litigation originated in 1954 with the filing of a Bill in Equity requesting the construction of both the Will of William R. Chapman and that of Emma L. Chapman, with the codicils thereto; each of said Wills and codicils have been duly admitted to Probate.

On November 14, 1944, after providing for specific legacies, Emma L. Chapman bequeathed and devised the remainder of her estate to trustees…
