¶ 1. Henry Simpson was terminated from his position as principal of the Williams-Sullivan High School by the Superintendent of Education of Holmes County. A hearing concerning his termination was held, and the hearing officer provided a report to the Holmes County School District (District). The Holmes County Board of Education (Board) issued an order finding the termination to be a “proper employment decision.” On appeal to the Holmes County Chancery Court, the chancery court affirmed the decision of the Board.
