MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION
Currently before the Court is Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. See Dkt. No. 29.1 Plaintiffs oppose this motion. See Dkt. Nos. 33-40.
II. BACKGROUND
In July 2008, Plaintiffs filed charges of discrimination with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) and the New York State Division of Human Rights (“NYSDHR”), alleging sex discrimination and hostile *89work environment sexual harassment.
