In this habeas corpus proceeding petitioner Kevin Willis, an *470alleged parole violator, challenges the legality of his detention, claiming that he did not receive required written notice of the time, place, and purpose of his preliminary parole revocation hearing within five days of the execution of the warrant as required by Executive Law § 259-i (3) (c) (iii).
