MEMORANDUM OPINION
(February 23, 2009)
Before the Court is the motion of the plaintiffs, Robert Addie (“Addie”), Jorge Perez (“Perez”) and Jason Taylor (“Taylor”) (together, the “Buyers”), for summary judgment on Count VI of their complaint, which asserts a conversion claim against the defendants, Christian Kjaer; Helle Bundegaard; Steen Bundegaard; John Knud Fiirst; Kim Fiirst; Nina Fiirst (together, the “Sellers”); and Kevin D’Amour (“D’Amour”). The Sellers have also filed a motion for summary judgment on the Buyers’ conversion claim.
