Cross appeals from a judgment in favor of claimants, entered May 28, 1991, upon a decision of the Court of Claims (Hanifin, J.).
This claim arises out of a partial appropriation by the State of property owned by claimants located in the Town of Thompson, Sullivan County. Claimants originally held title to approximately 18 acres of land.
