MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

INTRODUCTION
The Court has before it for consideration an Objection to the Claim filed by the Internal Revenue Service. The Debtor originally filed a Petition for relief under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code February 17, 1983. A series of activities took place which are set forth in the “stipulated facts”.
