Gafford, district clerk of Grayson county, Tex., directing and requiring him to make out and deliver to applicant, or his attorney, a transcript of the record in the case of T. B. Cox, by Next Friend, Mrs. T. E. Vale, v. Texas Electric Railway Company, numbered 40205 on the docket of the Fifteenth judicial district court of Grayson county, Tex.
