This writ of error is brought by Frank Parker and George Moran to review a judgment and sentence rendered against each of them on verdicts of a jury which found them guilty of conspiracy as charged in the indictment. They with eight other defendants were charged by two counts of the indictment with conspiracy to forge and counterfeit travelers’ checks purporting to be made and issued by the American Express Company, with intent to damage and defraud any and all persons who could be induced to accept said checks and pay the…
